Welcome to SHJRLP Designs. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SHJRLP Designs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17433802), trading as SHJRLP Designs.
SHJRLP Designs Limited operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced in them (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK law.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if that is higher, and that you have given us consent for any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that this information is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or licence your account to anyone else.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We sell made-to-order print-on-demand products. Items are printed after you place an order.
We aim to present products accurately. Colours and appearance may differ from your screen because of your device and settings. Small variations in print placement on direct-to-garment products (around 1.3 cm / 0.5 inch) are normal.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you have rights under UK consumer law which these Terms do not take away.
Descriptions may change at any time, except where a change would affect an order we have already accepted. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities, provided this does not affect accepted orders.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you offer to buy the goods. We may accept or decline an order for a legitimate reason (for example suspected fraud, a pricing error, an inability to print or deliver, or an issue with the artwork). Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed.
Please check size guides, colours and artwork before you order. After an item has been sent to production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Returns, reprints, size exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order and in your confirmation. Unless we say otherwise, posted prices do not include delivery, customs or import charges. Taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.
We are not VAT registered.
Promotion terms apply to that promotion if they conflict with these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to keep it updated.
You confirm that your payment details are correct, that you are authorised to use that payment method, and that you will pay the totals shown at checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates, unless we have agreed a specific date in writing. Printing and carrier times can vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the print partner, carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave (or collected, if collection applies). If you are a consumer, this does not affect your rights if goods arrive damaged or faulty.
If a parcel is undeliverable because of an incorrect address you supplied, a reprint may be chargeable.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including trade marks, brands, text, images, graphics, reviews, video and audio, and their arrangement, are owned by SHJRLP Designs Limited, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, distribute, modify, display or transmit material from the Services without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
You must not use our names, logos or slogans without our prior written permission. Shopify’s name and marks belong to Shopify. Other marks on the site belong to their owners.
If you supply artwork, text or a logo for printing, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for that content.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools may be offered through the store. We do not control them. They are provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for your use of them except where we cannot exclude liability by law. New features we add later form part of the Services.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links or embeds to third-party sites. If you leave our site, you do so at your own risk. Complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SHJRLP Designs Limited is powered by Shopify. Sales you make in this store are made directly with SHJRLP Designs Limited.
Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and us, including injury, damage or loss arising from purchased products. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with us. This does not affect rights you cannot waive.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information we collect is described in our Privacy Policy on this website. Shopify also processes information in order to host and operate the store, and may use service providers in other countries. Please read our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you send ideas, reviews or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it to operate and promote the Services.
You confirm that you have the rights in that Feedback, that you have disclosed any incentive you received for it, and that it complies with these Terms.
We do not have to keep Feedback confidential, pay for it, or reply. We may remove Feedback that is unlawful, offensive or in breach of these Terms. You are responsible for Feedback you submit.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The site may contain errors relating to descriptions, pricing, delivery or availability. We may correct errors. If a genuine pricing or description error affects an order we have not accepted, we may cancel it and refund any payment. If we have already accepted an order, we will contact you and will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only lawfully. You must not use them to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, send spam, impersonate others, introduce malware, scrape the site in a way that overloads or copies it, or bypass security.
We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
SECTION 14 – AGENTS
If you use software or a service that acts autonomously or semi-autonomously on your behalf (an “Agent”), it may access the Services only if it identifies itself in the user-agent string as “Agent/[agent name]”, does not pretend to be a human, does not complete CAPTCHAs meant to separate computers from people, answers honestly if asked whether it is a human or a computer, and does not bypass our access controls. We may block Agent access.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may end your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect the store, our staff or other customers. Amounts properly due remain payable.
Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law and Privacy survive termination, as do any other clauses that should naturally survive.
SECTION 16 – DISCLAIMER
Site content is general information. We take reasonable care but do not promise it is complete or error-free.
Except as required by UK consumer law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
If you are a consumer, we do not exclude liability for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, or for any liability we cannot legally exclude.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business loss if you use the store commercially.
If you are not a consumer, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability to a non-consumer customer for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
If you are not a consumer, you agree to indemnify SHJRLP Designs Limited, Shopify, and our and their officers and service providers against losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of law or third-party rights, or your misuse of the Services, including artwork you submit for printing.
If you are a consumer, this section does not require more than applicable law allows.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed and the rest of these Terms will continue.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies on this site (including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy) are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them, for example if the business is transferred, without reducing your statutory consumer rights.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any contract for goods through the Services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
If you are not a consumer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

The current Terms are on this page. We may update them by posting a revised version. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Changes do not affect orders already accepted unless the law requires it or you agree.

Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Returns Policy
SHJRLP Designs Limited (trading as SHJRLP Designs) sells made-to-order print-on-demand products. Each item is printed after you order it.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Our 30-day promise
Email shjrlpdesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We will put right manufacturing faults. We also offer one free size exchange on eligible items.
Free size exchange
If the size is wrong, you may request one free replacement in a different size for that item when all of these apply:
- you email us within 30 days of delivery
- you include your order number and the size you need
- it is a standard sized product, not a one-off we agreed separately in writing
- you have not already had a free size exchange on that order line
- the replacement is the same design and colour, different size only
Do not post the original item to us. Keep it until we confirm the exchange, in case we need a photo.
We cover the reprint and standard shipping of the replacement to the original delivery country. Upgraded shipping, a different design or colour, or a new destination country is chargeable before we reprint.
This is our goodwill policy. It is not an unlimited reprint service.
Change of mind or wrong colour
We do not offer a free reprint only because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour. We can place a new paid order if you want a different colour or design.
If something has gone wrong around the order (for example a gift arrived late through no fault of yours), email us and we will consider what we can do.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, with a print or manufacturing fault, or is the wrong product, email us within 30 days of delivery.
Please send:
- your order number
- a short description of the problem
- clear photos of the issue and of the whole item
You do not need to post the item back unless we ask.
We will offer a reprint or a refund. Small print-placement variations on direct-to-garment products (around 1.3 cm / 0.5 inch) are not defects.
Faulty or mis-described goods are handled under your legal rights and are separate from the one free size exchange.
Failed or missing delivery
If a parcel is undeliverable or does not arrive, contact us. We will use the carrier information and then reprint or refund as appropriate. A reprint needed only because of an incorrect address you supplied may be chargeable.
Cancellation before production
Email us at once if you need to change or cancel. Once an item has gone to print we often cannot stop it. If we catch it in time, we will cancel and refund.
Personalised and made-to-order goods
Items printed with a design, size and colour you selected are made to order. The legal 14-day cooling-off right for distance sales does not usually apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. It may still apply to some non-personalised items. Email us if you believe it applies to your order.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to your original payment method. We aim to process them within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show the money.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed a refund and you have not received it, email shjrlpdesigns@gmail.com.
